Ground *Free on All Domestic Orders Over $500
Delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed. Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. You may choose to select Two Business Day or Next Business Day air services for expedited delivery. It is possible to arrange Saturday delivery with an email or call after placing your order, there may be an additional charge for this service.
Two Business Day
Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.
Next Business Day
Delivery occurs the next business day (excluding holidays) if placed by 12PM ET, pending availability and credit card verification.
Same Day, Next Business Day and Two Business Day orders are given top priority. However, we will do our best to process ALL orders the same day they are made.
For Next Business Day shipments:
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2PM CT will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2PM CT will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2PM CT on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Gregory’s will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.
You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center.
You will be contacted by e-mail with a tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.
Please note: a customer signature is required for Next Business Day and Two Business Day deliveries, gift card orders and all shipments over $500.
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. We cannot ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, Gregory’s offers returns: simply return the item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, less any shipping costs.
To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:
1. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. The merchandise must be unworn, in saleable condition with tickets attached.
3. The merchandise must not be altered.
Sale merchandise may not be returned after 30 days. Requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 5 days of receipt of your package. Not returnable at any time: Food perishables, lingerie, swimwear without the original adhesives, antique jewelry and clothing, pierced earrings, women’s eveningwear and any item marked Final Sale.
Please contact us for a return authorization number and correct return shipping address. We suggest that you retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference. You may include the shipment notification email as your proof of purchase. Please include a note with your order stating why you are returning the merchandise.
You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.
Your return package can be shipped back to us any way you like.

Fine Jewelry and Gregory’s Vintage Returns
Fine jewelry and watches greater than $10,000, as well as Vintage purchases can be returned via the carrier of your choice with return signature required. For your protection, fine jewelry and Gregory’s Vintage returns should be insured for their full value. Note that all Gregory’s Vintage returns will be inspected upon receipt back at our warehouse. You will be contacted by our Customer Service team if there are any questions related to the merchandise being returned.
